Customer Support Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through effective communication skills. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products or services to meet those needs.

The primary goal is to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to generate sales leads
  • Promote custom packaging and payment solution products to potential customers
  • Use persuasive negotiation abilities to close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions using CRM software

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales role
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
