About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Specialist to support our community solar team.

This role focuses on processing qualified leads, reviewing customer contracts, and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and process qualified leads within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  2. Verify customer contract data for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and external regulations.
  4. Communicate via email with customers, when needed, to collect missing information or resolve minor discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with the sales teams to support customer pipeline progress.
  6. Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  7. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales workflow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three+ years of administrative, sales support, or data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to follow structured processes and manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and asynchronously with internal teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a CRM-heavy environment.
  • Familiarity with community solar programs or subscription services.
