Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas flow measuring equipment. This includes managing preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calibration of metering instruments at Point of Delivery(s), Check Metering Station(s) and Sales Meter Station(s) to ensure metering accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of new metering installations and/or upgradation of existing setup in the region.
  • Ensure field activity/ maintenance activity reports are duly filled, signed, and submitted by the team and documentation record is maintained.
  • Coordinate joint meter check activity with Distribution department for timely recording of gas volume at Sales Metering Stations in the region.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and coordinate field activities related to equipment installation, startup, and operation.
  • Analyze data through remote monitoring system for problem identification and implement corrective measures in a timely manner.


Requirements:

Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Mechatronics / Petroleum / Electronics with at least 06 years of post-qualification experience preferable in Oil and Gas / Public Sector. Master's degree shall have an added advantage.
