As a Sales and Customer Relationship Professional, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

You will need to answer potential customer questions, send additional information, and keep up-to-date with product and service information and updates. Additionally, you will create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, explain and demonstrate features of products and services, and stay informed about competing products and services.

This role also involves upselling products and services, researching and qualifying new leads, and closing sales and achieving sales targets. To be successful, you will require a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your consultative solution selling skills and work with a variety of clients to meet their needs. You will also have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop your knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications, as well as CRM software.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, excellent phone and cold calling skills, exceptional customer service skills, and strong listening and sales skills.
