Examination Coordinator Role

About the Opportunity:

The Institute of Bankers Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the position of Examination Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of examinations, ensuring their smooth execution, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Invigilator Coordination: Work closely with invigilators to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped to conduct examinations efficiently.
  • Examination Oversight: Oversee the entire examination process from start to finish, verifying attendance according to seating plans and maintaining accurate records.
  • Seating Plan Organization: Collect applications from various locations and design seating plans for exam sessions, guaranteeing fairness and order.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare vital MIS reports, including Recruitment Enrolment Reports and ISQ Fee Reconciliation Reports, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Annual Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Manager in recruiting invigilators annually, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Examination Paper Dispatch: Ensure timely dispatch of examination papers to examiners as required.
  • PAY Order Review: Conduct thorough reviews and supervise PAY order payments, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Corporate Image Maintenance: Uphold the corporate image by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests for information, fostering a positive reputation.
  • Client Liaison: Establish strong relationships with clients, gather feedback, and incorporate it into improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Provide consistent, high-quality service delivery to staff, students, and other stakeholders, setting a standard for excellence.
  • Team Building and Development: Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging collaboration, flexibility, and continuous exposure to training and development opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
