We are seeking a highly organized and professional Telesales & Customer Liaison specialist to join our dynamic team.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our company, managing both inbound and outbound communication to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
Main Responsibilities- Handle incoming inquiries in person, via phone, and email efficiently.
- DIRECT INQUIRIES TO RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS PROMPTLY.
- Maintain and manage appointment schedules, including booking and confirmation accurately.
- Call Handling Duties:
- Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls from customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Redirect calls when necessary. Conduct follow-ups with clients effectively.
- Schedule appointments, conduct surveys, and share updates regularly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in the CRM system.
- Address and assist with customer complaints and escalate when required.
- 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A professional, customer-oriented attitude is essential.
- The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure is crucial.
- Experience in sales or the immigration sector is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
