Job Title: Strategic Technology Liaison

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Liaison to bridge the gap between Marketing & Sales teams and IT. This role focuses on implementing, sustaining, and improving digital platforms and tools to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketing & Sales operations and processes, as well as hands-on experience with marketing/sales platforms (Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Azure Cloud).

Responsibilities include partnering with Marketing & Sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions, managing and supporting digital marketing and sales platforms, driving automation and integration projects across marketing and sales applications, and ensuring smooth functioning and continuous improvement of marketing & sales IT systems.

  • Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Manage and support digital marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok).
  • Drive automation and integration projects across marketing and sales applications, including website pixel integrations and data frameworks.
  • Ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement of marketing & sales IT systems through regular monitoring and optimization.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4-8 years of experience in IT/business-facing roles, preferably in FMCG, telecom, or digital marketing domains.

Required skills include strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling cross-functional teams, project management skills, and knowledge of system integration, automation, and data management.
