Job Title: Client Liaison Specialist

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver timely campaign results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong communication channels with clients through regular calls, emails, and video meetings
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring clear expectations and requirements are met
  • Collaborate closely with media buying teams, outreach specialists, and creatives to guarantee seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to maintain campaigns' momentum
  • Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and ROI
  • Proactively address client concerns, handle issues efficiently, and maintain CRM records (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Contribute to upselling or renewing contracts by identifying client needs and opportunities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in client/account management within digital marketing or lead generation
  • Excellent English communication skills to interact professionally with international clients
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel, for pipeline and client management
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
