Tax Analyst Role

Contour Software is a leading enterprise software conglomerate with a strong global presence. As a key player in the company's tax department, you will play a vital role in assisting with various tax responsibilities including compliance, provision, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns for multiple business entities.
  • Prepare tax payment estimates, extensions, cash tax projections, and planning.
  • Contribute to annual state and local apportionment data packages.
  • Collaborate on domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with IFRS.
  • Support federal and state regulatory audits, including response preparation and review of tax assessments for accuracy.
  • Engage in tax planning and research and other special projects as deemed necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business, or specialization in tax.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Excel applications and Microsoft Office products.
