Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease agreements for all branch premises, including timely renewals and payment coordination.
  • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations at the Head Office, ensuring a clean and professional environment.

 Security & Surveillance Oversight

  • Supervise installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, panic buttons, and other safety equipment across all locations.
  • Monitor daily CCTV activity and prepare detailed branch closure reports for senior management.
  • Manage company vehicle operations, including maintenance, insurance, and logistics support.
  • Administer fuel card issuance and usage across the fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Manage contracts and service delivery with third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, logistics).
  • Supervise the performance of outsourced staff including drivers, janitorial teams, and kitchen staff.
  • Oversee payroll processing for blue-collar workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor policies.
  • Ensure effective kitchen and grocery inventory management for Head Office staff welfare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative/facilities management, preferably in the banking or financial sector
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, vendor negotiation, and logistics operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

About This Role
