The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents to maintain a professional image.

  • Implement and maintain efficient systems to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Organize schedules and calendars to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and oversee databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on confidentiality, planning, organizing, time management, reliability, and availability are necessary.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is necessary, while proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing tools is an asset.
