About the Role

TVGM is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Data Manager to join our Lahore team. This on-site role involves managing data storage, office coordination, production logistics, and equipment organization. Ideal for someone who enjoys structured systems and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Lahore | On-site | Full-time

Salary: PKR 40,000–50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

Admin & Office Management
  • Maintain and manage software systems, office equipment, and studio logistics
  • Organize and oversee structured data management (hard drives, servers, Google Drive)
  • Track and maintain office inventory, assets, and documentation
  • Procure office/studio supplies as needed
  • Handle day-to-day vendor communications, follow-ups, and deliveries
On-ground Operations & Market Visits
  • Visit local markets to source supplies, equipment, or services when required
  • Conduct market research or price comparisons for admin-related procurement
  • Be the go-to person for office errands, banking, deliveries, pick-ups, etc.
  • Provide event-day support for shoot logistics, deliveries, photobooth setup, etc.
Team & Event Support
  • Assist internal teams (Production, Post, Creative) with data transfers and backups
  • Organize and deliver client-ready data folders for photo/video projects
  • Manage and operate photobooth setup at events
  • Be available for occasional weekend work or short out-of-city assignments
Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, data handling, or office coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, MS Office, Google Drive
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Effective communicator in English & Urdu
  • Familiar with tools like Lightroom, Picasa, ACDSee (a plus, not mandatory)
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on weekends or travel for company events when needed
  • Owns a valid driver's license or is comfortable with field visits
