Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist / Senior ServiceNow Developer.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage ServiceNow in the IAM space, overseeing development and incident management within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.

    • Lead project development, managing key development tasks or projects within the IAM Access Development Pod, providing technical support to ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.

    • Serve as ServiceNow Access Pod Architect, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure development aligns with ServiceNow standards.

    • Conduct code reviews, performing thorough reviews to maintain quality and compliance.

    • Facilitate show and tell sessions, leading meetings to present development updates and gather feedback.

    • Analyze and resolve data issues, understanding and analyzing data to identify and address issues impacting development.

    • Coordinate code releases, submitting code releases, creating change requests, and communicating deployment needs to deployment and support teams. Support pre-deployment meetings to ensure smooth deployment.

    • Monitor compliance, ensuring all development adheres to IDAM and HSBC standards, addressing any required changes.

    • Identify risks and issues, promptly highlighting risks, issues, and concerns to the project manager.

    • Manage ServiceNow pod tasks, overseeing tasks to ensure platform upgrades do not risk IAM access workflows.

    • Facilitate training, coordinating with the ServiceNow Pod to understand upcoming training needs and ensure developers attend necessary sessions.

    • Environment management, handling environment setup, cloning, and management.
