Main Job Functions
  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with Q&A and DevOps to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • You will implement and maintain best practices of SDLC to create robust and scalable Enterprise-grade solutions.
  • You will design, update, and own the technical roadmap, driving innovation and growth through the development and delivery of core platform and products.
  • You will analyze complex stakeholder requirements, integrate them into the technology stack, and improve the system from both technical and end-user perspectives.

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).
  • A deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Design and Architecture.
  • Working experience as project manager or team lead.
  • A proven track record of effective communication with stakeholders, including the engineering team, leadership team, and other functions.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to visualize the big picture.
  • A systematic approach to problem-solving and programs of work.
