We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to support our team's daily activities.

This role requires full-time attendance from 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, at our main office location.

A successful Front Desk Officer will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

Job Duties
  • Welcome and direct visitors, guests, and clients to the correct areas or individuals.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to relevant staff members as necessary.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized, managing visitor logs, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for colleagues.
  • Book travel arrangements, such as flights and accommodations, when required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ordering new stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance communication and teamwork.
  • Notify relevant parties of any important updates or announcements.
