About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and reports.
  2. Document Management: Prepare and update sales-related documents and maintain an organized database of client interactions.
Our Requirements
  1. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  2. Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending client requirements.
Presentation Development
  1. Presentation Development: Develop professional and visually appealing presentations tailored to client needs.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and showcase products or services effectively.
Drafting and Documentation
  1. Contract Drafting: Draft contracts, sales agreements, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
  2. Documentation Alignment: Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and client expectations.
Data Management and Analysis
  1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales figures and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Sales Performance Updates: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
Administrative Support
  1. Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  3. Familiarity: Familiarity with sales processes and documentation practices.
Work Setting
