About the PositionThis role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, creating proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as maintaining a database of client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Document Management: Prepare and update sales-related documents and maintain an organized database of client interactions.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending client requirements.
- Presentation Development: Develop professional and visually appealing presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and showcase products or services effectively.
- Contract Drafting: Draft contracts, sales agreements, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
- Documentation Alignment: Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and client expectations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales figures and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Sales Performance Updates: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Familiarity: Familiarity with sales processes and documentation practices.
