Job Overview

This strategic leadership role focuses on enhancing operational contributions to hospital activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop comprehensive financial statements, including annual and quarterly standalone accounts, for statutory purposes.
    • Collaborate with the financial reporting team to prepare site-wise profit & loss accounts and management accounts.
    • Create departmental and unit-level budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Analyze forecasting data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
    • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders and team members.
    • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data for revenue assurance at the hospital level.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Evaluate and mitigate risks to minimize losses or damages.
    • Ensure timely invoicing by CBD and accurate posting of recoveries.
    • Review and update financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, investment activities, and other financial control functions with CFO approval.
