Job Description

This role requires an experienced marketing professional who can develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email and social media.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding their creative direction and strategic planning.

  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.

  • Coordinate with sales and product development departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adwords).

  • Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns.

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
