Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an office-based role that involves interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to understand different accents and be proficient in using computers.

The position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Engage in intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.

Requirements:

Must have a strong grip in understanding different accents (listening skills).

Have speed and accuracy in handling computers.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to commute/relocate.

Office timings are from 08:30 PM - 05:30 AM with a 1-hour break.

Salary range: Rs25,000.00 - Rs62,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Saturday and Sunday will be paid off.

Unlimited tea and coffee.

EOBI for permanent employees.

Salary increment on probation completion.
