ERPNext Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team. As an ERP consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' processes, mapping them to the product, working closely with the product team, training users, and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features, and address technical objections throughout the sales process.
  • Help prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies.
  • Drive projects like account managers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Be well-versed in Agile Methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the team to create activities that develop strategies, resolve technical impediments, and scope out-migration workloads.
  • Perform detailed requirement elicitation based on project plans.
  • Clearly document gathered requirements and use ERP knowledge to define configuration and development needs.
  • Create diagrams that present clients' business cycles and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ERPNext Implementation.
  • Experience working on implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter with high ownership.
  • Experience in various apps and modules like POS, Website, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and other live apps on client servers.
  • Ability to communicate both business and technical processes.
  • Willingness to create a Whitelabel ERP using ERP Next and understanding of this undertaking.
