We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Procurement Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Ipas official events, travel logistics, and procurement processes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Event and Travel Management:
    • Plan and arrange venues for Ipas official events and workshops.
    • Coordinate accommodations for Ipas staff and consultants.
    • Book air travel for Ipas staff and consultants.
    • Process international visas for staff and consultants.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management:
    • Manage the supply chain, including training materials and inventory records.
    • Submit purchase requisitions on behalf of Ipas staff.
    • Maintain vendor records.
  • Office Management:
    • Supervise the administrative team.
    • Manage office equipment and supplies.
    • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, event planning, and procurement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
