Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Exchange Server, and open-source platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network and domain administration skills are crucial for this role.
  • Excellent technical writing skills are required to document procedures and policies.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently is vital for success in this position.
  • Shift work may be required for service monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A BE/BS degree in Software Engineering, IT, Telecom, or Computer Science (4 years) from a recognized university is required.
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Antivirus and patch management solutions is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with backup and application whitelisting tools is necessary.
  • Certification in MCSE, MCP, MCDA, Exchange 2013/2014, Haper or SCCM is highly preferred.
