Business Growth Manager

About the Role

The Business Growth Manager role is responsible for running a business unit that handles goals as well as acting as a resource to the sales department in developing, selling, and maintaining digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide digital clients bi-monthly reporting using internal software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and closing digital sales proposals with Account Executives.
  • Stay current on online advertising trends and innovations.
  • Filter a wide array of possible solutions into a concise marketing plan within budget.
  • Communicate needs, issues, and status of accounts effectively with Account Executives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, organization skills, and follow-up.
  • Create digital display ads when necessary using Photoshop.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related experience.
  2. 1 year of experience in digital media marketing.
  3. Exhibit a professional and positive attitude.
  4. Have conflict resolution experience and awareness.
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  6. Effective time management.
  7. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  8. Follow and support a process consistently and thoroughly.
  9. Attention to detail and great organization skills.
  10. Enjoy working in a team environment.
  11. Proficient in Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
