About The Role:

The Manager, Business Growth, will play a pivotal role in accelerating Begin's market expansion, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented professional with experience in digital media, or technology-driven growth strategies.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in business growth, partnerships, and revenue strategy within the media, entertainment, or digital sectors.

Location:
On-site - Clifton, Karachi

Job Requirements:


Growth Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement business growth initiatives aligned with Begin's short-term and long-term goals.


Partnerships & Alliances:
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with telecom providers, device manufacturers, content creators, and ad-tech platforms.


Revenue Optimization:
Drive new monetization strategies including subscriptions, ad-supported models, and hybrid pricing structures.


Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify new audience segments and geographical expansion opportunities.


User Acquisition & Retention:
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns, referral programs, and engagement strategies.


Data & Analytics:
Leverage data-driven insights to refine business strategies, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value analysis.


Competitive Benchmarking:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to maintain Begin's competitive edge.

Skills Required:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

 Proficiency in data analytics, growth hacking, and performance marketing.

 Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.

 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.

 Knowledge of emerging trends in OTT, digital advertising, and audience engagement.
