Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, organizing, and executing projects from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication;
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards;
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, with experience leading cross-functional teams;
  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools;
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
