About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Market Research Analyst to join our organization.

  • Research – Project Planning & Proposal Development
    • Review client research briefs
    • Negotiate project costs and timelines with the project management team
    • Develop research proposals based on client requirements
    • Finalize proposals after client feedback
  • Research – Financial Management
    • Coordinate with the finance team for project recording and formalities
    • Obtain client input for questionnaires, pricing details, and key communication messages
    • Finalize and lock English questionnaires after client feedback
    • Translate questionnaires into Urdu and finalize accordingly
  • Research – Project Set-up & Execution
    • Prepare and finalize field master kit documents
    • Conduct master briefing sessions to train field teams
    • Supervise and monitor interviewer briefing, mock sessions, and fieldwork execution
    • Resolve queries raised by the project management team and other functions
  • Research – Analysis & Report Writing
    • Prepare and finalize analysis plans
    • Finalize data files with the project management and data processing teams
    • Develop project reports containing research findings
    • Obtain client feedback and finalize reports accordingly
  • Research – Project Management & Supervision
    • Ensure projects are conducted according to protocols and client expectations
    • Ensure timely completion of projects
  • Client Development & Management
    • Built healthy working relationships with clients
    • Understood industry dynamics and client business
    • Communicated and coordinated with various client team members
    • Handled client queries regarding research inputs and outputs
