Job Description">

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist, you will work closely with our CRO team to identify conversion opportunities on client platforms, develop solutions, and oversee the implementation of these solutions as AB tests.

Responsibilities include analyzing client sites, purchase funnels, and customer journeys to identify conversion leaks and revenue opportunities. You will also be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for the experimentation program for each of your clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about conversion rate optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to explain CRO concepts in simple, persuasive language
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, analytics, or UX
