Infyra Solutions is seeking a results driven and self motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. We want to hear from you if you have hands on experience with US Platforms & other Software Engineering Job Boards and a passion for building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and secure projects through platforms like LinkedIn/Otta etc.
  • Develop and implement effective business profiles and other essential social accounts.
  • Set up ATS friendly competitive resumes and cover letters.
  • Build and maintain a complete business development workflow with proper documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 - 2.5years of experience working on US profiles and a proven success record with US platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be proficient).
  • Ability to craft tailored proposals that win projects.
  • Goal oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Must be available for evening/night shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
  • Must be available on site.
  • Must be based in or near Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
  • Friendly and supportive work environment.
  • Fixed night shift with weekends off (Mon–Fri).
  • Timely salary & performance-based growth.
