Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading all aspects of marketing operations. This key role focuses on expanding the company's influence while boosting brand loyalty, awareness, and lead generation.

The successful candidate will devise, execute, inspect, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. He/she will utilise their qualifications, experience, and skills to drive innovative approaches and techniques to optimise the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively nurture leads at the top, middle, and bottom of the marketing funnel using customer intent data from internal and external sources.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and consolidate intent signal sources for enhanced audience segmentation.
  2. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that engage leads and move them toward consideration and decision-making phases.
  3. Set up email marketing automation using industry-standard tools.
  4. Identify retargeting lists for display advertising and paid social media campaigns.
  5. Execute and monitor retargeting ad campaigns and dynamic website experiences.
  6. Provide regular performance reporting KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  7. Analyse post-campaign results, refine strategies, and execute refinements.
  8. Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  9. Review and manage digital marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media posts.
  10. Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan.
  11. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  12. Measure campaign performance through web analytics tools and assess ROI.
  13. Develop inventive content marketing designs.
  14. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  15. Analyse digital data to inform recommendations on website optimisation.
