The ideal candidate will possess creative flair and be able to motivate our target audience to take action through compelling campaigns.

In addition to developing performance specifications and market applications, you will establish cost and price parameters and sales estimates to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and staying up-to-date with competitors' activities.

A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager is required.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to develop and communicate effective brand and marketing strategies to executives.

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that drive results is essential.

A deep understanding of the full marketing mix, including the 4 Ps (product, price, promotion, and place), is necessary for success in this role.

Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking are vital for this position, as well as data-driven decision making and an affinity for numbers.

Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices is essential for delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
