Affiliate and Community Management Position

Become a key player in our affiliate and community management team, responsible for driving growth and engagement across the South Asian region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech landscape, along with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while analyzing performance data and providing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • KOL Management: Develop strategic partnerships with influential figures to expand our affiliate network.
  • Negotiate, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns that drive ROI and optimize affiliate channel performance.
  • Build reports using internal data to track affiliate channel performance and inform business decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Community Management: Engage with the South Asian community through various platforms, fostering interaction and assisting members with inquiries.
  • Plan and execute community events that drive engagement and build brand loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in fintech or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech landscape.
  • Business development background is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
