Job Title: Strategic Affiliate and Community Leader

As a key member of our blockchain ecosystem, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to KOLs to build strong relationships and negotiate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with affiliates and analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize ROI and track performance using internal data.

You will also play a crucial role in fostering an interactive community environment across various platforms, including Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing community events, both online and offline.
  • Engaging with the South Asian community and gathering feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting on community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools.

As a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space, you will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to build relationships and manage a diverse community. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Urdu & English is a must, and other languages are a big plus.
