PakWheels Marketing Manager Role Overview:
">- This is a leadership position that oversees the development of innovative and engaging content, as well as the management of social media platforms to drive growth across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
">- To deliver on each business unit's annual operating plan and campaign goals through cross-functional collaboration with brand, video, and performance teams.
- Align and manage Social Media, PR, Design, and Blog teams for consistent, timely, and high-quality output.
- Ensure content production and social media KPIs and metrics are met, driving web sessions and branded search growth.
- Drive real-time content creation around automotive news, trends, and features to reinforce PakWheels' industry leadership.
- Leverage AI and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva) to enhance productivity and content experimentation.
- Own and execute newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, and push notifications for targeted communication.
- Mentor team members, ensuring alignment on key priorities and fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and accountability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in content or social media leadership, preferably in fast-paced or media-driven environments.
- A strong command of social platform growth, trends, and audience behavior.
- Proven ability to manage creative teams and deliver results across content, design, and marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content monetization strategies.
