The Network Engineering Manager position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure for fiber-optic telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of network engineers to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement network designs that meet the company's standards and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the deployment of network infrastructure, including the installation of fiber-optic cables, network nodes and related hardware.
  • Ensure all network installations and modifications adhere to quality and performance standards.
  • Plan and oversee network projects in coordination with project managers, including resource allocation and timeline management.
  • Work with vendors to procure necessary equipment and services.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex network issues and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of fiber-optic networks and telecommunications systems.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of network engineers.
  • Ability to develop and implement network designs and plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex network issues.
