Sales Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead will lead the distributor/organization team in deploying company strategies to address local business needs. The role requires strong leadership skills, people management abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a permanent journey plan to drive sales growth.
  • Screen and hire Order Bookers / DSRs to strengthen the sales team.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Achieve monthly volume targets set at the beginning of the year.
  • Maintain daily planned shop visits and ensure productivity.
  • Ensure Range availability of PCI snacks in the market.
  • Identify prime rack locations and maintain rack integrity.
  • Maintain FIFO both at the warehouse and in the market.
  • Negligible stale product must be maintained in the market.
  • Identify stock requirements at the warehouse.
  • Deliver volume and revenue targets for the territory.
  • Develop capabilities of distributors and distributor workforce.
  • Rolloout Sales OOR modules across the distributor workforce.
  • Effectively utilize promotional budget by ensuring that DSR/Distributor lifts all stale product from the market.
  • Conduct in-market training/coaching with regular follow-up.
  • New account development.
  • Weekly reporting on all KPIs to the ASM.
  • Manage all PI assets, including racks.
  • Implement Sales software at the distributor end.
Qualifications:

Required: Strong leadership skills, People Manager, Problem Solver. University Graduate (BA). Preferably 1-2 years in similar capacity but fresh may also apply.
