Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Leader to join our Delivery team. This individual will be responsible for driving mission-critical integrations between source data and financial SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidimensional projects involving multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with software engineers on design best practices and conduct code reviews.
  • Resolve complex engineering problems by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop software utilizing agile project cycles.
  • Mentor others on the team to improve technical knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (v11+) with expertise in object-oriented programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Ecosystem, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with RESTful architecture and microservices development, including API design, security, and scalability best practices.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Experience working with cloud-based services like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless computing and managed database services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
