Job Title: Software Development Leader

Develop server and client applications for software platforms, ensuring functionality, security, and performance meet design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to achieve project objectives.
  • Mentor team members through continuous training and guidance to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze business requirements to inform project decisions.
  • Estimate assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Write high-quality code and unit tests to guarantee application reliability.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Tune code for enhanced security and performance to minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in professional industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Javascript technologies, including NodeJS, ExpressJS, and NestJS.
  • Experience in writing backend components and Restful APIs to interact with databases and user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, to design and implement data storage solutions.
  • Experience in developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and intuitive applications.
  • Knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, and Context to build scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
