AI Feature Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Reliability Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of AI features that deliver precision and consistency in production environments.
This role will involve leading a high-performing engineering team, driving efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures and degradation across AI features, designing tools and processes to surface anomalies and performance regressions, and overseeing data analysis, annotation processes, and AI system workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams, a strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles, data pipelines, model debugging, and post-deployment validation, as well as proven experience with root cause analysis, reliability engineering, or debugging complex distributed systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
- Leading efforts to improve monitoring and data quality.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for AI workflows.
- Monitoring key AI performance metrics and implementing optimization strategies.
- Championing a culture of ownership and continuous learning within the team.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI features with robust reliability.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with ML researchers, product managers, and data engineers.
