Senior Order Experience Manager

This role is focused on enhancing the post-purchase experience for our customers. As a Senior Order Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing order modifications to ensure a seamless and efficient process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce product management, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive data-driven decision-making. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, influencing cross-functional teams towards common goals.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can develop and implement features that empower customers to manage their orders. The successful candidate will use customer feedback, data analysis, and market research to identify areas for improvement in the post-order journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management or related roles, focusing on post-order processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Customer Insight: Thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand customer needs and difficulties, estimating the impact of opportunities.
  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, influencing cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability, leading and motivating teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex situations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Software Development: 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a team by influence to meet aggressive goals with high judgment applied on how products are built.
  • Education: BA/BS required, preferably in a computer science-related discipline or business administration.
  • Partnership: A demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge and/or understanding of Web applications and/or innovative new product-platforms.
