Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including network administration, system management, and hardware deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and deploy servers, peripherals, services, and storage in line with company standards and project requirements.
  2. Oversee the implementation, management, and troubleshooting of existing network and system environments.
  3. Perform regular server checks, apply patches, and implement operating system updates to ensure system integrity and availability.
  4. Troubleshoot software, operating system, and networking problems, resolving server and hardware issues.
  5. Maintain daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions and excellent customer service skills.
  3. Experience with remote user administration, active directory, file/print services, backup/recovery, VPN, LDAP, mail/web server, exchange server 2003.
  4. Knowledge of IT security principles, practices, standards, methodologies, and tools.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
