About the role:

Enabler Technology Services (Network Engineer)

In this role, you will be responsible for administration of computer network operations, and security and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Your key deliverables will be to:

Network Operations
  • Managing, monitoring, and maintaining computer networks and their performance.
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network devices (fiber optics, routers, switches and Wi-Fi devices).
  • Performing regular maintenance tasks, updating software and hardware, and upgrading network equipment.
  • Documenting network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of network devices and services.
  • Utilizing and identifying performance gaps for on premises, private and public cloud infrastructures.
  • Ensuring optimum network bandwidth to ensure that critical applications are responsive.
Network Security
  • Protecting the network from threats such as viruses, malware, and hackers, and implementing security policies and procedures.
  • Providing end-to-end network security services (VPN services, tunnels, site to site connectivity and redundant network).
Retail Infrastructure Management
  • Providing network support for all new and existing stores.
  • Managing and troubleshooting network uptime for footfall devices and Dynamics 365.
  • Assisting network issues, highlighting internet connectivity and intimating internet connection's deployment and terminations.

Qualification: Bachelors preferably in a related field and Certified CNA.

Experience: 1-3 Years experience in Network Engineering.
