We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive and podcast Host to join our team at Techificent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, sales, and content creation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute targeted lead-generation strategies to drive business growth, including researching and targeting potential clients and leads.
• Utilize CRM tools to track lead generation activities and analyze campaign effectiveness to inform future decisions.
• Conduct outreach to prospects and schedule sales calls to qualify leads, ultimately nurturing relationships that drive revenue growth.
• Lead podcast episodes, guiding discussions and conducting interviews to create high-quality content that engages listeners.
• Identify and invite potential guests, conducting outreach and scheduling interviews to create opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
• Ensure high-quality content delivery and engage listeners through compelling storytelling that builds brand loyalty.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sales acumen to effectively build relationships and close deals.
• Passion for podcasting, storytelling, and content creation to drive engagement and build brand awareness.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs and industry influencers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools to stay ahead of the curve.
• Creative thinking, proactivity, and adaptability to navigate complex sales environments and drive results.
