Senior Software Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Software Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern backend technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of microservices architecture, be proficient in building RESTful APIs, and be familiar with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

You will work closely with UI teams to define and implement API contracts, ensure code quality through reviews and best practices, and actively contribute to system architecture and performance optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure that high-quality standards, including company engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, security), are met across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technology with business needs and influence technical decisions.
  • Actively mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
