Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience managing Agile development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Sprints, and up-to-date knowledge of software development techniques.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages including PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Able to assist with project planning, continuous integration, testing, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in teamwork and influencing others.
  • Maintain detailed records of meetings, discussions, and action items.
  • Capable of multitasking across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: CSM, CSP, PMP.
  • Fluent in English language.
