Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop targeted solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success, while also developing your skills and expertise in business development and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Sales experience within a service sales industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Target-driven; must be focused on results.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power.
  • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business.
  • Self-starter with high motivation.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
  • Must be a good time manager.
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
