We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Supplier Excellence Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products at supplier premises.

This position involves conducting detailed supplier inspection visits, documenting improvements required, and ensuring consumer safety and quality at all unit operations of suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform thorough inspections of all processes and document any necessary improvements.
  2. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct testing and inspection of products as per specified specifications.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to achieve consistent quality results.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and work with suppliers to address gaps.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis of rejections and implement corrective actions.
  7. Monitor supplier performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure zero incidents of product failures.
  9. Verify specifications compliance as per product life cycle management.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
Minimum Experience:
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or related field.
Job-Related Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of QA & QC principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
Generic Skills:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage tensions and challenges effectively.
