IT Support Specialist Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an IT Support Specialist. You will be working closely with all employees to ensure smooth IT operations without disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming IT support requests via email, service desk, or other channels.
  • Provide desktop support (Windows/Mac/Linux) and monitor all endpoints remotely.
  • Handle level 1 support for the service desk and route tickets based on defined metrics.
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests through the ticket system.
  • Offer technical support across the company, either in person or via virtual meeting tools.
  • Ensure a positive user experience by providing clear, polite, and patient support.
  • Route issues requiring advanced skills to level 2 support.
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops.
  • Apply security patches and upgrades to desktops and laptops.
  • Report faults and maintain logs for servers, desktops, and laptops.
  • Maintain the print server and support internal printer issues.
  • Build and update an inventory log of all IT assets.
  • Ensure software licensing is recorded and maintained.
