Email Support Professional

Job Overview:

As an Email Support Professional, you will act as a liaison between our customers and our organization through live email support. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills and efficient solutions to a diverse range of queries.

  1. Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email.
  2. Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
  3. Develop effective customer service solutions.
  4. Maintain a high level of service quality.

  1. Intermediate or above level of proficiency in communication skills (verbal and written).
  2. Able to work with MS Office particularly MS Excel.
  3. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  4. Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
