Software Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Software Support Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

  • This involves providing prompt and professional assistance to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • You will also be involved in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications to meet customer needs.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback will help us continuously improve our products and services.

To excel in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service or software support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or software support is preferred.
