Architecture Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept design to construction completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team of architects and designers in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time
  • To develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • To oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • To work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
  • To conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
  • To review and approve all architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
  • To collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
  • To identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes
  • Experience leading a team of architects or designers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
